Do you take entire (intact) dogs?

Unfortunately due to being a home boarding establishment. I do not take on dogs/females that have not been neutered, or Females that are in season (for excepted breeds that are at high risk of being under anaesthesia or medical reason that have not been spayed are an exception)

Do you walk dogs off the lead?

Dogs are all assessed on walks and are only able to be off lead if they show good listening and recall and social with other dogs.

What are your opening hours?

Opening hours are 8am-6pm Monday-Sunday

Do you look after dogs and do home visits over Christmas and new year?

Yes over holiday periods your dogs and other pets are looked after during this time, however if you are looking to board your dog over the Christmas ad new year period it is worth making enquires well ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

How can I make payments for services?

Bank transfer/Card payment/Cash

Do you ask for a deposit?

Yes, I ask for 40% non refundable for Boarding and Day care at or around the time of booking and confirmation. Remaining balance for boarding due up to one week before boarding commences. Full payment must be due prior to boarding starts.

What is your cancellation policy?

Boarding:

The 40% non refundable deposit covers for cancellations however if you cancel less than 1 weeks notice you will be fully charged.

If your space can be filled then i could possibly adjust your cancellation fee accordingly-but this isn't guaranteed.

Daycare:

Less than 72 hours notice £10 charge

Less than 24 hours notice/no show will be fully charged

Dog walks:

Less than 72 hours notice £10 charge

Less than 24 hours notice will be fully charged

For dog grooming I ask for 48 hours notice of cancellations so I can fill in the space with another appointment.

For teeth cleaning:

Less than 48 hours notice £10 charge

Less than 24hrs or missed appointments will be fully charge. If you cancel and rebook there will be no charge. a deposit will be taken if repeat cancelations.
